It has been for so long I've been wanting to edit my 2go information until i stumbled upon a way out which I'm going to share it here.
After I signed up for 2go, the information i entered in my 2go account when registering was not of my satisfaction, So, I find a way to edit my 2go account.
While making my research, I found a shortcode which one could use as a medium to edit his/her account information which take less than 5min.
How To Edit Your 2go account Information
Inorder for you to edit your 2go account information you'll need to send a word in a text message with the phone number you registered your 2go account with during registration which you'll get the direct link to edit your account on.
To edit your 2go account details, Text the word
UPDATE to 32120
As you know 2go charges are applied, This costs #30 if you're a user from Nigeria but I don't know about other countries yet.
After sending the SMS, you will receive a service message containing a link. The link takes you to a webpage where you can edit your account information.
2go account editing are limited so You allowed to change only a limited section of your information.
Some of what you can change are as follow:
1) Full Name
2) Gender
3) Location
4) Birthday
Note: 2go account Information can only be edited once but don't know the next day may change. So think twice before making a move at all.
